The Facility Maintenance division of Al FALAH EST comprised of full-time maintenance technicians that have extensive training in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and plumbing, electrical, painting and general maintenance services. Al FALAH EST. Provides maintenance and repair service to public and private owners of office buildings, Residential Buildings and Villas. All our technicians are well qualified and experienced to carry out any kind of facility management task.


AL FALAH EST. will offer premium Annual Maintenance Contract for systems that we supply & install after the expiry of the defect Liability Period. Our dedicated AMC teams are at your service to ensure that your operation continues smoothly and is not affected due to breakdown or service requirements. The AMC team undertakes scheduled preventive maintenance visit and shall conduct healthy checks on the systems to ensure continues operation of the systems. Selective components & accessories are replaced without any charges. If found faulty during Annual Maintenance Contract Period.

As a premium AMC Client, you shall be assigned dedicated representatives to attend your service requirements and we are only a telephone call away.
